  Shorts had a strong odor like cigarettes when opening the package. Clothes sold on eBay need to be washed first before shipping, No excuses. Otherwise, shorts are exactly as described. Not looking for a kickback or partial refund. The seller needs to make sure this never happens again. I should leave a negative review, but will leave neutral feedback bc this seller has a lot of clothes and this has not yet become a bad habit of theirs according to their feedback reviews.
