  I was very skeptical about this company being a scam because they had very little feedback and were new to eBay. I rolled the dice anyway because it was such a deal (I was quoted almost $4k for the real DL bumper shipped from Europe.) After placing my order they immediately messaged me asking if I had fog lights which was a great sign a couple days later I got a tracking number and two days ago the bumper arrived undamaged and ready to paint. I am very happy and will do business again with them.
