The package the basketball cards came in was damaged! Probly bc the seller mailed it in a paper envelope w/ No protection, Instead of shipping it in a Box. Envelope was in terrible shape too! Looked like it had been Used several times prior to me getting it. Was creased, wrinkled & had several tears.
When I contacted the seller, he never tried to resolve my issue. Told ME to call USPS & file a ‘Damaged Item’ claim, instead of refunding me Himself

I did offer to accept the return as long as you didn’t open the item. I stated this twice in our conversation. I also stated that if you already opened the item that usps could help you with being refunded. I also advised you to start a return offering to pay for the shipping as I offer a 30 day return policy for all my items.
