  Packaging and shipping were good. Unfortunately, the seller provided an item that was not as described in the listing photos or details. Leaving a neutral review because the Dell desktop I purchased didn’t seem like a scam, but it was not as described. It had no operating system, even though the listing stated it came with Windows 11. The device doesn’t even support Windows 11.

  These guys went way above and beyond. There was an issue with the originally shipped laptop, and they didn’t just make it right, they ended up sending out an upgraded system just to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve been buying and selling on eBay since 2002 and I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been taken care of so well by a seller. They shipped quickly, packaged the laptop well, and the laptop looked virtually brand new. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

  *Excellent* Every aspect of this company from the laptop purchased to the communications and extra effort put into shipping supper fast were excellent.
