  The books were well packaged. However, FedEx shipping let the box get VERY WET along the way! It was soaked through so badly that the cardboard was soft and disintegrating. I unpacked it immediately and have the books laid out to air and dry. I think they will be fine. The books themselves are excellent - even better than described!!!! Great value!!!! You did a wonderful job!!! FedEx did not!!!!

  Ordered 2 adorable trinket bix snowman. They are absolutely adorable. One snowman was broke around the bottom. The seller did a very good in packaging so I feel it was mishandled by postal service. I did contact the seller and we communicated several times. I appreciated the fact that seller responded to my messages. Also issued a partial refund. Still pleased with my purchase
