  Received my Deruta plate. It was exceptional quality. Packing was pricy but also exceptional to prevent breakage. Shipping-slow-purchased this on May 14 and tracking states it wasn’t dropped off for shipping until June 5 and delivered on June 7. Seller did respond to my inquiry and I am happy with the plate which is rare to find.

  lovely pottery planter, as described, am happy with purchase, however, I'm pretty to hard to bring an eyebrow raise to in regards to shipping conditions can be no fault of seller, however, as I purchase fragile items quite frequently, I was shocked this planter actually made it in one piece, as a testament to the sturdy fired piece, as based on the packaging, minimized packing, old and torn box, tape open and not stuck to box. For shipping costs, did not seem value in packing.
