  The seller accepted my offer, which included $9 for shipping costs. Five days later, he sent me a message asking for $15 more, supposedly to cover the shipping. He threatened not to send the item if I didn’t add the $15. I refused to accept these terms, and he ended up canceling the order. This is the first time I’ve seen something like this on eBay.
