  Excellent item. It arrived in perfect condition and is high quality especially for the price. The seller got the item sent out quickly. We added a little extra stuffing (which was very easy) and now it looks just like the picture. It didn't arrive on time but that was the fault of USPS and not the seller. They were fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them.

  Item was as described and shipped reasonably fast though not in accordance to shipping price. However the item arrived battered to hell and was just put in a cardboard box with no padding or protection. That is unfortunate. The seller is not responsible for how it is treated in shipping but a little more protection would be nice. 4/5 total experience. Would buy again at the item price.

  It finally arrived! I’m so happy! Customs took much longer than normal and I was afraid it was lost but that wasn’t the sellers fault. Seller had good communication and helped check on the package and make sure everything was fine. So glad my kitty made it! She’s awesome! Thank you!

  I love the color and finish, but the styrofoam container he was in had no soft foam between the legs, to protect them from shock during transit, so he showed up with a broken leg. The outer shipping box was in good condition so the damage appears to be from inadequate packaging at the factory. I will repair the broken leg the best I can, rather than try to return him and wait many weeks for a replacement, but I will drop three stars from the item description since he arrived damaged.
