As real as it gets? Why did we choose such an unoriginal catch phrase? That's because this is exactly
what our systems are. You will not find a more naturally sounding pickup on the market. Our surface
mount piezos pick up the resonance in the material that they are mounted to, nothing more. As a result,
the natural tones of your instrument are reproduced it in their purist form.

The dampening system in the JJB transducers is made up of a unique material that reduces harsh
harmonics typically associated with piezo systems. It does this by slightly stiffening up the transducer
just enough to allow the proper amount of resonance to reach them. This process is highly refined and
each transducer is hand tuned using this unique method. Absolutely nobody else in the business does
this.
