    I searched the ecomtec site and found a dyson vacuum cleaner I wished to purchase. iwentthrough all of the steps, but realized immediately that I had not purchased I wanted, but something that was a bundle of parts. I had evidently hiot the wrong button. I emailed the seller and explained what had happened, but they refused my request to cancel the order and send me the dyson vacuum i wanted. They refused. I wrote another email asking them to reconsider. I am 88 years old need the llighter vacuu

    Dear buyer, the order came in over the weekend and we shipped the package on Monday. There was enough time for you to reconsider and after the shipping, there is no way for us to cancel the order. Our return policy is explained on the same webpage.
