  Item arrived damaged because it had tape over the top of the card! He ruined the card because he was upset that I got A Refund on my last purchase. I won a bid for a 20$ star note for 23$ he was upset that it sold so low. I can't prove it but most likely he sealed it up and then reopened it and took out the bill and kept it. He fought me all the way on the return. Either way, he did not seal up the package well enough, so someone was able to open it and close it back up. Be careful if you order.

  Sellers beware!! This guy lies- the 1st item I sold him he claimed never received after providing tracking that it was delivered he claimed his neighbor stold it and left me a negative feedback> I BLOCKED him now he's lying again-I never tape cards.Enough said Ebay reversed that negative as they should this one.
