  This is the first time I've given negative feedback. This seller was very slow to notify of shipment and a while later I received notification it was delivered which it was not. I then received email that indicated it was cancelled and a refund would be issued. When I contacted the seller he responded I should check with neighbors to see if they had gotten it. Then came a reply that he would check into it followed by PayPal notice a refund. English may not be his first language language.
