    While the Seller was great and was a great communicator and presented great customer service, the product was not as described in the description it is "Not New" there was no sealing packaging as the seller did inform me but they were misinformed by the previous Seller of this product I purchased it because of the excellent value and shipping costs but only to find red hair in this unit and I cannot use this now with fear of being affected or contaminated in some way of form.

    This package has been delivered to the wrong address! I’ve been forced to do an appeal with eBay for a refund for a purchase I never received! When I informed this seller of this I got no response nor any offer to remedy this or give me a refund of my purchase that has now been shipped late because the seller was out of town and then the package was lost in shipment and finally delivered to the wrong address in North Carolina not California! This had been one of my worst eBay experiences ever
