The seller shipped the item to the WRONG address. I contacted the Post Office the day the item said It was delivered and the Post Office confirmed the item had been delivered to another address. I contacted the seller and was told they would figure out the issue and get back to me.
No further communication for 2 weeks. When I contacted them again they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Very poor customer service. I gave them 2 weeks to correct the issue but they did not.

Seller sent out a replacement after learning the item was delivered to the wrong address.
Seller was very apologetic for the foul up by the delivery carrier. Would do business with them again. Did great customer service once they found out the delivery carrier had messed up.
