  The mats got lost in delivery--but the seller was so on it, they contacted me to tell me what happened, and refunded my order before I even thought anything was wrong!   Package was not received. Tracking said delivered but no package came. Checked my door, cameras and neighbors but nothing. Called postal service and they said the tracking number was not to my address - had a different STREET but same city and zip code. Contacted seller about this and they issued a refund in a timely manner, which is why I'm leaving a positive review.
