  After expecting the item to be delivered , it wasn’t until the day before delivery due that the seller gave a refund and when I questioned why, they explained that due to an issue with Customs, they were not able to supply the goods to me. I did reply with my disappointment but nothing they could do , it was out of their hands, contacting me sooner would have been appreciated and then I could have sourced the item form another Company much sooner
