  The hat was as described and I could tell that it was probably a good buy, but the plastic shipping bag that was received was crushed probably by other packages in the USPS's possession. It had been in this crushed condition for some time because the hat was creased. It is not in a wearable condition. Possibly someone with the proper knowledge of hats could reform it. I'm disappointed that your company decided this unprotected method of shipping was acceptable.

  Great quality and value but I let the seller know that I was disappointed in it and the seller agreed to partially refund me my money back on the item and let me keep it which i.was going to return it so I could get my refund back but instead I got partial refunded so this is a great seller to buy from great communication as well
