  Had a delivery issue with USPS (not sellers fault) that caused a mess and never got the item. Contacted the seller and they sent a replacement out within a day or two! Great customer service, prompt replies, and just all around amazing to work with! The item itself is just as amazing and beautiful…it’s my second one lol…because my buddy broke my first one :(

  At first got sent one that was broken. And it took a little bit but they made it right and sent me a replacement no questions asked except for a picture with it didn't ask for I sent it would definitely do with the seller again and most definitely looking forward to using the one I just got it's been a long time but worth it

  Beautiful quality piece, arrived in pristine condition despite the box being damaged upon arrival. The seller packed it really well in Styrofoam and shipped promptly.   The initial order ended up getting lost by usps and the seller quickly reshipped the item with a different shipping company free of cost. The item arrived in lots of bubble wrap and was completely undamaged from shipping. Overall the glass quality is surprising and the glass is thicker than I thought it would’ve been.

  From the beginning, this order was an issue. It took over a week for the item to be dropped off for shipping, and then the item that arrived was an electric chainsaw and not the item I purchased. Then, the seller stopped communicating and I had to ask eBay for the refund. I won’t be shopping with this seller again.

  That's ridiculous! We only sell bangs, how on earth we sent you the electric chainsaw? You got the bang and you got the refund, and you returned a rubbish box to us, well done!

  Wasn’t aware seller was on leave when I left previous review. First bong came broke, but seller was willing to send a new one with no issues when I stated it was broken.
