  Seller stated that the item was "New with box" in the description (see attached picture). The item was not in a box, but it seemed to be unused. I contacted the seller and received a $4 discount. Seller said that further in the description it states that it is not in a box. I would have bought from another person to get this item in a box. I will not buy from this seller again.

  No box was shown in photos, we specifically called out that it was new- no box in description. Buyer didn't read or ask questions prior to purchase. We even refunded part of the cost for any confusion that may have occurred. Classic example of feedback extortion.

  Disappointed! I thought I was receiving the lotion not the gel. Per the written description, it says lotion, however, the photo of the product shows gel. I guess that was my mistake.
