  JHstore always delivers great products and expectations. The quality of the products are just like the pictures. There is no external issues with the packaging. They communicate with good service and the product state is excellent. Even with the price, I still find it reasonable since it is being shipped outside of Korea and they give extra free items. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for good kbeauty items.

  I haven’t used the product yet but I was really impressed by the service of the shop. Apart from being the cheapest from the options I have seen, the shipping cost was reasonable and super fast (I received the package after 9 days of placing an order) and the store was super interactive with updates about the package and above all I received 3 sheet masks freebies with a handwritten thank you note which was super sweet (mind you I only bought 1 item) so to sum it up amazing service.

  Every time I order from J.Hstore, I feel so valued and cared for as a customer. Within 24 hours of placing the order, I got a message updating me on various details of my order, including when they planned to ship it out and the estimated arrival date. When I received the package, everything was in immaculate condition and wrapped carefully and neatly in packing paper. I also love that J.Hstore always includes free face masks and other samples—I leave feeling like I got way more than I paid for.
