  I ordered the waste canvas for some cross stitch projects. Initially I only received half the fabric I paid for, but Jerrianne immediately addressed my issue and gave me the option to get a refund or the remainder of the fabric I ordered. I chose the fabric, since half didn't give me enough to complete my projects. The remainder arrived quickly. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.   Ordered 12/18 received 12/24 at 7 days great for xmas shipping time. Packaging very poor for what I was charged 4.50. A piece of a padded envelope and lots of tape. It was open when i got it. Products were as described. Thanks

  I purchased this 2006 pamphlet + a 2001 pamphlet at the same time. I messaged the Seller to see if they would combine shipping but got no reply. They were both mailed together and combined, they weighed less than 1 oz. The combined $9.00 for shipping was ridiculous!
