  Big, beautiful parsley plants arrived in perfect condition. The un-potted dirt base of each plant was carefully wrapped and securely taped into the sides of a nested shipping box, protecting them from any possible damage during transit. Impressed by the extra care Jen gave to preserve these beauties, which are now thriving on my back porch. Better than any plants available locally. Will purchase from this seller again in the future!

  I ordered two plants from this seller and paid shipping separately for them, but they arrived together in a completely destroyed box, each plant was at one end of the box and which made the middle unstable therefore in shipping the box was destroyed the plants both looked beaten up and when I reached out to the seller she said that is how they ship the plants I said I paid for them to be shipped separately and she said she never ships separately. That’s weird what if I had only purchased one??

  I COMBINE SHIPPING--in 20yrs doing this, I have never had a buyer mad because I did not ship the item separately. ALSO, the box was destroyed BUT THE PLANTS WERE NOT. One of the plants had a broken stem. BUYER IS VERY UNREASONABLE AND JUST WANTS FREE PLANTS. I requested pictures of the plants and was shown a leaf. I told buyer I needed pictures in order to open a claim for PO destroying package--NEVER SENT because the plants were just fine.

  I did send pictures but you weren’t really interested in fixing the problem, just showing that you were right. It’s easy to shout that I’m unreasonably when all I was asking for was the appropriate amount payed for shipping that you didn’t follow up with. Even though you keep saying you sent them together.
