  The lot of stamps was not as advertised as 10 of the 31 stamps were previously hinged and the entire lot was described as MNH. Upon notifying the seller he immediately refunded the entire amount. I believe that this was an honest mistake and appreciate the seller's professionalism. The immediate response and resolution earns my positive feedback.
