    Right after I placed my order I noticed the pictures of the filters and packaging boxes showed no writing. I emailed seller requesting to confirm these are genuine KIA products and received an vague response. I received the order and the filters + washers appear to be genuine Kia parts with printing on the filters and the package/boxes. I removed one star only due to the pictures and unclear communications but otherwise happy with the transaction. Great price & prompt shipping. Thank you.

    Seller ship me the wrong oil filter. I contact him and question about it and send him Pic. He told me it was an upgrade one.The oil filter is not even oem!!! I didnt believe him and research to find the filter is for a different car. Seller offer me a refund of $15(50%) which i refused since I cant use the filter. Seller finally apologize and agree on a refund. I request on a refund and ebay automatic approve and told me to keep the product,which is nice,but I cant use. I have a kia not honda.
