  Seller advertised same day shipping in the description of the item. I specifically chose to buy from them for this reason since I needed a machine quickly. Seller ordered the label on the 1st business day, however they did not actually take the item to FedEx until later in the week. I reached out twice, but they never responded. I would not buy from again since due to false advertising and lack of communication.

  It was delivered almost 10 days too late. The item delivered was not as described, including a damaged needle, and the plastic casing received what looks like additional damage from the shipping. And the seller is completely unresponsive not once as he replied to a question or offered aid. This seller should be removed from eBay.
