    Description of skirt said New Without Tags. When I received the item, the button had been moved and poorly re-sewn to the outside waistband. I also found a blue plastic tag inside that looks like what I’ve seen in thrift stores. This item was clearly not new. I asked the seller if she would refund the purchase price plus shipping both ways for the misrepresented item. She told me I could discuss it with EBay, rather than working with me.
