  Ordered the above grey heart indicators and unfortunately I received orange one. I contacted the seller and he didn’t seem shocked this happened at all, couldn’t offer me a refund even though he sent me the wrong item and I can’t return the original orange ones I received as I’ve damaged them. The seller offered to send me the right ones for $9, which is valid but shocking he couldn’t even offer me a partial refund for something that isn’t my mistake.

  Hi, we would have been happy to replace your item immediately if you had contacted us when you noticed the wrong ones in the box, rather than installing them first. We offered to send you a replacement free of charge, and you could have kept the installed pair. The $9 shipping fee covered the cost of sending the new pair. We weren't surprised because we understood you were okay with the orange ones, which is why you proceeded with the installation.
