I ordered an age 9-10 outfit for my daughter’s tudor day, 2 weeks in advance. They sent me age 11-12. The outfit was huge. I emailed the company saying they had the size wrong and the outfit was way too big for my 10 year old. They did not apologise but told me their sizes on the website were correct and the size on the packaging was wrong. They delayed sending a second outfit out and now the delivery date has been delayed and will be after my daughter Tudor day at school. Awful company!!!!

I don't like leaving negative feedback but I was so disappointed in my experience with this seller I felt I needed too. It took 10 days to arrive for a start and when we questioned where the item was we were given (rudely) poor excuses that it was Royal Mails fault. The tracking clearly states the order was dispatched 7th May but was not scanned at the post office/Royal Mail until 16th May. I felt very under valued as a "CUSTOMER", so it is no surprise I shall be avoiding them in the future.
