  Seller never sent the item. Claims to have been in horrific accident and sent refund after dispute initiated. I indicated that I wanted the shoes when I started the complaint. She could have had someone else send to me or asked me to give her some time. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED which is why I don't believe this was the actual issue, hence my review. Word of advice HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS
