    Item new condition and received in good time. Would prefer the strap itself to be a little wider, but that is the way Stihl made it. Good price and shipping. Padding better than my cheap generic strap, but strap is narrower. So, overall more comfortable, but may wear out sooner. Did not communicate with seller…there were no problems, so no need to. Narrow strap is manufacturer, not the seller.
