  My experience with the product was negative, **but that is the fault of the original manufacturer**. When I let this seller know that the fan had screw holes that were too big to hold the screws(!), the seller told me they had no other replacements and promptly iniitiated a refund. The refund is in a strange processing hold with eBay right now, but I think it will finish clearing by the end of today. To summarize, the manufacturer had poor quality control, but the seller gave excellent service.
