    This product was shipped quickly after I ordered it and I received the package in a few days. The package was well in tact. The ears were brand new, still had the tags on them. The condition was excellent. I paid a good price for the value. Highly recommend and would buy with this seller again.

    Seller is rude & dishonest. I bought this Hallmark ornament in “Like New” condition, but it was loosely wrapped in a half-sheet paper towel instead of tissue paper! It arrived badly broken and the seller refused to take any responsibility! He blamed USPS, even though I told him the package showed no signs of any damage. After brushing me off, the seller finally offered a $20 discount and I could keep the broken ornament. I returned it, and I will say I got my refund quickly. Only positive thing!

    Ornament was shipped in it's original box,then placed inside another box with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Virtually impossible for the item to be damaged in Transit. I immediately apologized to the buyer and told her to send it back for s full refund and told her if she thought the ornament was repairable and she wanted to keep I would refund her $20. I feel like I'm being scammed here.Deal with this person at your own risk
