  I am extremely pleased with my purchase from Jay’s HO Trains! I ordered a few cars and he almost immigrated messaged me to say he’d refund the extra shipping costs which was excellent. Each car was carefully packaged in their original boxes or bubble wrap. The shipping was very quick and easy. Each item was perfectly described and pictured by the seller in their original listings. The prices of the cars were the best of any I have seen. I highly recommend this seller and will return for more.

  Item shipped promptly, and exactly as described. Unfortunately, despite being what appeared to be very well packed, one of the Kadee couplers snapped during transit. I sent a quick note to the seller to let them know, and they responded within seconds (!) offering to ship a replacement coupler, and thanking me for the opportunity to make it right. A++ I highly recommend this seller!
