    I was initially sent the wrong model of airpod, which was quite frustrating. However, after messaging jays-electronics about my issue they responded within 24 hours. They were able to expedite the shipping (USPS priority 3-4 days) of my correct airpod model and give me a 10$ coupon to match the eBay coupon I had originally used for the purchase. Due to the error it took over a week to get my correct model, but it is a genuine, clean, apple Airpod and I am very satisfied with it.
