Great communication from the seller. Had a problem with delivery. The courier YODEL let this seller down big time. I requested a refund due to not knowing when and if YODEL were going to deliver. The seller promptly processed my refund. Sometimes things do go wrong, but it's how it is dealt with that matters. This seller gave great customer service and the courier finally delivered the item after holding it in their depot for 7 days. I will definitely use this seller again.

This is a VERY nice cable! I rated shipping time a 5 because the seller shipped it promptly. The package came late, but it was in NO way the seller's fault. It was USPS that got it in my town and for some reason shipped from there to MI and it has to make it's way back. Great seller! Not so much USPS since January changes.
