  Item was list as new and definitely is not. Slow to ship as it took five days to have the packaged to USPS. Poorly packed with no bubble wrap or any kind of protection and the bag was torn.

  The items were new, I cannot control the USPS on their slow scan rate and delivery time. I refunded all monies and to include delivery fees. I have sold numerous coasters with no issues.
