I don't know why and I tried asking the seller and there was no response. I guess they swapped the case with a retail version of Pikmin that is exactly the same just without the sticker because they wanted to keep it. No other issues otherwise, fast shipping at a reasonable price. I would buy from them again but I would ask for updates pictures first.

It arrived much sooner than anticipated and was genuine (not bootleg), but the box was merely wrapped in bubble wrap instead of being shipped in a proper package and was thus damaged. The box and blister had also obviously been opened before (cut packing tape + removed wrapping), but the figure had minimal damage. Seller was polite and quick to respond in messages. Would recommend as long as you're not too particular about the condition.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the packaging and figure showed signs of wear and tear, indicating it was not new. Despite contacting japanhobby-55 on 07/01/2024 to address these discrepancies, communication was slow and unprofessional. My messages proposing a resolution received minimal response, with significant delays between messages. Extremely caution this seller

The box though seemed to have been opened before on the top lid and then closed with sellotape (2. picture) which by my definition (!) would turn it from the proclaimed new -status (main reason for my buy) to an actual used status*. Also, packing was a polstered bag, which left the items' box dented on its right side due to rough handling*. Please improve on *both.
