    Great experience. As described. Ken communicated very well about conditions and shipment expectations ahead of the holidays. The shipping was very quick and allowed for adjustment with the carrier to allow for signature. The camera and lens were packed very well within the box. The carrier dented the box but with how well the package was packed, the camera and lens were in great condition. I had a few questions upon receiving the camera, and Ken was very quick and helpful in the response.
