It was layered in bubble wrap and then a cardboard box before being placed in the DHL shipping bag. Item was in near-mint condition and Kazu was very attentive and accommodating via messaging with concerns I had. Wonderful E-Bay experience and I will be buying from him again. Highly recommended seller for Japanese collectibles.

    The listing does not match what was shipped. I received different product from what was shown in this photo. They shipped the latest version of this grill but the photos of this listing is from the older version, which is what I was looking for. The buyer is slow at responding and I m only sharing here after two days of no reply. I do not recommend.
