  Incredibly IRRESPONSIBLE and UNRELIABLE seller. I had placed an order for a lamp which was quite expensive, and wasted a 10% off coupon on this order that I could have used for a different purchase. After SEVERAL DAYS the selller cancelled the order without as much as reaching out to me, falsely claiming that the reason for cancellation supposedly was some "issue with the delivery address." I have been getting items from ebay at my address (a doorman building) for years. SHAMELESS seller.

  Seller refused to ship the item I bought. Seller increased price and lied to me stating quote "I'm sorry that the product is damaged. Please cancel the order", wich was clearly a lie since hi have same product relisted at higher price. And name of the shop ... JaneBest-Sale-USA ... it's the most chinese naming that I could think of, also his english is as bad as mine

  I chose this seller for their 100% positive feedback and free fast shipping, but the shipping was not fast—it took nearly two weeks. When the package was marked delivered, it never arrived. USPS confirmed the seller sent it to the wrong address. The seller was unresponsive to my messages, and now I must wait 5 more days for eBay to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this seller.
