  The item arrived intact. The box was a little worse shape than I thought it would be. The stein was in good condition, needs to be cleaned. Now for the COA. I contacted the seller and at first he said he was sorry it was missing. Then he said he was going to check his store. I never heard back from him. I guess he never found it but there was one in the posting. I cannot recommend this seller because he displayed something that was not there.
