  Excellent seller: We had a disagreement on the purchase: It came missing two important parts. The ad said new so I assumed all parts were there. They said everything in the photos was there. We were both a little to blame and they agreed to pay half of the cost of me purchasing the parts, including shipping. They were easy to work with, fair and friendly.   I was happy to have found a set of these wheels with the original box intact. When the wheels arrived, it was plain to see that they were as described ( The packaging could have been more robust; the original box was slightly damaged). The shipping time was very short, and the product's value was acceptable.
