  The item was shipped promptly , but arrived damaged .I contacted the Seller about this .I received a very prompt Reply . I was Requested to Take a few Pictures and fill out a Returns Form which I did.. I received a Prepaid Return Label . I boxed up the Drill Sharpner well so it would arrive Back in good shape and it did in 2 days .I received a FULL Purchase Price Refund .Thank You ! This is a good Vendor to do Business with again.
