  I don't like giving negative feedback, but this seller just didn't communicate with me. I messaged asking about tracking info and got no response but the tracking update was finally updated after about 5 days after my purchase. Then I received the item (that was packed very well) only to find out that the mug had previously had the handle broken off and glued back on. The item description, nor the pictures stated the damage. I would have appreciated a more truthful posting.
