I had an issue with the post office where they claimed the package was too large for the postage paid (it wasn't) and after I informed the seller of this, they provided details proving that it was valid and even covered the cost when the post office refused the proof. The item is just as defined, a positive experience despite the hassle.

    Item is fine and it was shipped right away. US Postal service dragged their feet for 8 days before the tiny plug in an envelope went 2 hours north from seller ,here in Indiana. Unbelievable. No wonder they go broke. Great comunication from seller. Thank you. A++++

    Took a week to get here, though that's not the sellers fault, USPS is just snail mail, but shipping IS free so u aren't paying for express shipping. I reached out to ask if it shipped and seller responded immediately. Item arrived as described and works PERFECTLY. Would buy from this seller over and over.
