  Paid same day as the order, got a notice it had been shipped with a tracking number, then a message it had been cancelled and refunded due to being out of stock. The tracking number showed movement thru several postal facilities, so I presumed one had been found and shipped. I got an empty envelope with a note (see photo). Fortunately I was able to find one at another vendor. This is a poor business practice and a waste of time & money which drives prices higher.

  As far as seller goes-it couldn’t have went any better. I got the product, new in box factory carburetor just as described. I have not installed it for I got the original one to working. I was in a bind while waiting on the order to come in but have no reason to think it won’t work. I’m going to keep it just in case. The seller done a fine job.
