    It was advertised of coming with 4 screws. It came without the screws. Luckily I found screws that would work. The seller thank me for telling them. They did nothing to adjust the price. SMH. Hopefully they have at least changed their description reflecting this

    I did apologize for the missing screws , we do not open factory sealed kits to ensure that all parts are present . They could have been mailed in a seprate shipment or a discount could have been provided however then screws were valued at .17 cents total . I would have been more than happy to work with you on a solution, however a solution was never discussed, you mentioned that they were missing and you found a replacement . We do apologize for the inconvenience .

    I am very happy with my experience with this vendor. The part was shown clearly to have the correct dimensions using pictures on EBay. It was shipped and arrived very promptly. I took it out of the package, slipped the replacement drawer into my fridge, and voila! I never thought it would be so easy to replace a part on an older fridge. Thank you!
