  I am very grateful towards Ivymotor for their help on helping finding this rotor for my bike, I wish I contacted them before waiting for over a month and two weeks from Kawasaki back order, and double the price. Ivymotor send the rotor with 3 days of purchase. It was smooth transaction with constant communication of the traking number. I would definitely recommend them and they will my go to first for my motorcycle parts replacement.

  This was my first time purchasing items via Ebay. The item description does not match the parts I received as they measure 270mm accross & should be 300mm. When I reached out to the company for help, I was advised I wouldn't receive a refund until the items were returned, so I found the cheapest way to return & discovered that it would cost $225.00CA. I am now out of pocket for import duties & shipping costs. Why does Ebay support a company that is incompetent & careless? Costly mistake. Help
