    I bought a NEW open box item, but it had no original box, just the pan shipped by itself. Description said open box item, which is a new item that is opened but still comes with the manufacturer packaging, and that was not what I received. This was a gift, so I can't just give it to them in bubble wrap like it was sent. I sent multiple messages about my issue and there was ZERO RESPONSE FROM SELLER! I should have bought direct from manufacturer brand new for $14 more!!!

    We received your message regarding this product on Friday. Friday to Sunday is our holiday period, and we regret to see a review like this without an opportunity to respond. Also, this product is not available anywhere else for the $14 price you mentioned, as we are the official distributor of this item. The packaging was indeed noted as damaged. If you still require the product despite the damaged packaging, please let us know, or you may proceed with a return if you prefer.
