  contacted the seller about the wrong color, but got very poor excuse and they did not want the item back, claimed no return policy, but the picture shows wrong color, how is this a good service, very disappointed with this seller.

  Dear buyer, if a mistake was made on the listing I would've gladly take the item back. The color was stated in the listing title as 'thistle' and clearly said light violet in the description. Furthermore, a picture was taken with a white background to illustrate the actual color. All my listings clearly say 'no return' and I am diligent answering questions, so before purchasing the buyers are clear on what they are getting. Please don't blame the seller for your mistake.
